MT-1000

The MT-1000 is a rugged mid-size elevation mechanism designed to handle the most common EME and satellite antenna systems. It has been designed with a powerful, zero backlash, double worm gear reduction and a full circumference ball bearing main boom rotation system. A full 360 degree rotation of the main cross boom makes array assembly and maintenance very easy. High pointing accuracy of 0.2 degree and a speed range down to 5 minutes for a 180° turn are some more features. The MT 1000 is perfect for large satellite arrays and EME antennas.

MT-3000

The MT-3000 is an extremely reliable, heavy duty motorized mechanism designed for elevating large arrays of VHF or UHF antennas. The unit provides a full 180 degree of rotation. The powerful drive with high torque gives you a smooth, controlled and consistent movement. A magnetically actuated reed switch mounted to the motor shaft provides pulses for digital readout and control functions. The 24" diameter drive ring is chain driven and by rugged, outdoor-duty gear motor. The MT-3000, is the best choice for EME operation.

A useful option is a limit switch kit. This stops the movement of the construction at desired point and helps avoid any damage because of high torque.

ERC 5A-P

The ERC 5A-P is designed for elevation control for exceptionally big antennas of large rotating torque with high accuracy. Ideal for heavy antennas as large stacked Yagi arrays or parabolic antennas. The preset control feature sets and stores the antenna direction automatically. This model of control box is connectable to an analog interface to track satellites automatically by a computer or satellite tracker. Very good choice for EME- and satellite operators.

ERC 51

The ERC 51 is designed for elevation control for light weight to medium sized antennas with easy installation. It helps a lot for communication through Sporadic-E, radio duct and mountain diffraction, diffused reflection communications etc. by varying elevation angle. The preset control feature sets and stops the antenna direction automatically. The controller is connectable to an analog interface to track satellites automatically by a computer. Ideal rotator for satellite communications.

Universal-Elevation-Rotator

KR/G 550

The KR/G 550 is an elevation rotator specifically designed for 180 degree vertical rotation of communication antennas.

The horizontal boom (D=40 mms) of an antenna construction goes through the rotator unit.

The rotator unit is housed in a weather sealed and factory-lubricated die-cast aluminum housing with melamine-resin coating.

The control box circuitry is voltage regulated for high accuracy direction indication. Good rotator for space communication.
